Request deletion of your personal data

At arecake, we respect your privacy. You may request deletion of personal information associated with your account or orders at any time.

How to submit a request

Email hallo@arecake.com from the address connected to your account and include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line. Please include enough information for us to identify your records.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and review it within 30 days. We may retain information where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting obligations. Any retained information will be securely restricted and deleted when the applicable requirement ends.
