Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email hallo@arecake.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will review the request and provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM PT.
